sof2 tournament

hey all SFR i was told by rambo the other night that there is a sof2 tournament on kam2 3vs3. im sure there will be many clans in this battle such as <(T2K)> grrrrrr, ESAD and <<|AoW|>>. Rambo and me will enter the tournament along with another great SFR clan member, im voting for either Van Sand or Ma$tY but its up to the rest of the clan on what you guys think. for more information check out www.stormyservers.com where one of will have to post our clans details in the forums so we can enter the tournament. the dates for the touarnament are Friday 24th - 26th Sunday of August 2007. the winner recieves 2 months free for a 20 man server. but what ever you do dont tell the <]XS[> clan about this tournament or we will get owned. so whoever is in the tournament better train hard and get pumped for this event!

yeh m8 i think there can be two teams of 3 from each clan, but im not sure about if its rd or nd but im sure its only for 1st clans

First we need to know if everbody can play on the server, without having pingrate problems.
Next to that, we should know on what time the tournament will be played (european/american/australian time?) otherwise some people have to play in the middle of the night.

Myself i can´t play on friday the 24th, have to do a medical test for my high school college. On saturday and sunday would be no problem for me atm.

Well, i could play on all of the days, if im needed, tell me. : )

Just stick to 1 team for now. Don´t think we have enough members to form two good teams for the tournament.

We need to form one team (3 players)
and next to that 3 reserve-players!!

Better got to have to many members then having a short of members during the tournament.

So form a 3 member-team and 3 stand-by/back-up players!

I'll inform you when i'll join this tournament.

Rules for the Tournament

3 vs 3 with 1 spectator from each team
2 teams per clan
No lower on Kam2, if u use Ladder in tunnel, u will be popped automatically
No Tower or roofs
45/5, Speed will be 450, gravity 800
Weapons = Pistols, knives, M590, M4, AK, Frag grenade and ETC
No cheats (WH or AB), no accusing players, leave it to the Admins in spec
If caught Cheating, You and your team will be asked to leave the tournament and the other teams wins
Thermals will be allowed

Tournament has now 5 playing rounds
So we need to win 5 games, before collecting the price!
But if we lose first round, it's allready game over..

sorry mates, i aint playing the tournament, let Van Sand in, because no snipers are allowed.

if were going to go into it i think van sand is rite by sayin to only hav one team, but 2 hav a few extras aswell

I can play as a pack-up player , but i aint giving u any promises, that i could play good with an ak or a m4, if some one cant play. . .

Rambo, thanks for agreeing, about having one team with some back-upplayers. VOX thanks for calling my name to be the third player next to you and rambo, only problem is that i´m not able to play the hole day on friday, but saturday and sunday should be no problem. So this is how we´re standing right now:

team: VOX, Rambo, ? (Ma$ty:friday - Van Sand:saturday,sunday)
back-up: Ma$ty, ? , ? (Van Sand?)


Total players we now have is 4.
Need at least two more back-upplayers!
Let's us know on the forum if you want to join our team,
as a team or back-up player.

and also whoever is gonna join the tournament they will need to hav RPM PRO 2 or the newer version becuase the server is 4 RPM PRO only.

this is my 100th post LOL

hah, gz, im still on 70 or so xP

Putted my idea about playing the tournament as a team on the forum (new topic: tactics kam2).
Let me know what you guys think about it
During the tournament we can change these tactics a bit, depends on how our enemy's play (aggresive/defensive).
Rambo, VOX, Masty and me should play together more CTF , so we can see what kind of player we are on kam2 (defensive, offensive or def & off).

We still need 2 more players for the tournament!!!
